About my therapy practice
My name is Natia and I am a BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist. I work with a wide range of clients from different cultures and backgrounds.
I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and supportive space where you can talk openly and explore your thoughts and feelings.
I work collaboratively with individuals to identify and change troubling feelings, thoughts, and behaviours.
I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach and as an integrative psychotherapist, my approach involves selecting and integrating techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to your particular concern; These may include Humanistic, Integrative, Interpersonal, Person centred, Psychodynamic and Relational among others.
